Eligibility Criteria

  • The product must be identical in brand, model, specifications, and condition (new and unused).
  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer or official reseller.
  • The lower price must be publicly available either online or in a physical store at the time of your purchase.
  • The competitor’s price must exclude shipping fees, taxes, and any membership discounts.

How to Request a Price Match

  • Submit your price match request within 7 calendar days of your purchase date by emailing support@wakeye.co.uk.
  • Please include:
    • Your order number from Wakeye.co.uk
    • The competitor’s name and website or store location
    • Proof of the lower price (link to the product, advertisement, or receipt)

Exclusions

  • Price matches do not apply to clearance items, liquidation sales, auctions, or promotional/flash sales.
  • Prices from third-party marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace are excluded.
  • We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price and product availability before approval.

Price Match Adjustment

  • Once verified and approved, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • If the item is still in your shopping cart and not yet purchased, we will adjust the price before checkout.

Additional Notes

  • This policy applies only to purchases made on Wakeye.co.uk.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice.
